Kisarah Westfield
Kisarah Westfield is a English high school idol who made a childhood promise with Joe Kusanagi to make him her boyfriend, grabbing his attention by participating in the tournament during the events of Aggressors of Dark Kombat, ending her story getting together with Joe. After a couple years and a entry into the Neo Geo Battle Coliseum, she once again finds herself in a massive crossover fight. Kisarah Westfield has become a bit more mellow in the intervening years although keeps a lot of her charm.
Kisarah Westfield has a lot of physical attacks similar to Kyoko or Misako, a lot of her moves have combo follow ups as well. She uses her book bag to fight to increase her range and uses her legs a fair bit. She's a pretty capable fighter and can build up Finisher pretty quickly, allowing her to use special projectiles that inflict a stacked effect, a free combo, and her trademark Jealousy Bomber. While Kisarah lacks consistent projectile options or meaningful reflector options, her combo game and aerial movement gives her plenty to utilize against foes.

Kisarah attacks with her bag in a multi-string move. She begins with a overhead swing with her bag to hit her opponent over the head to deal 6 damage, then can follow up with a swing upwards to launch the foe upwards, dealing 4 damage. However, crouching immediately after the first hit will let Kisarah sweep at the opponent's legs with her bag to topple them over, dealing 7 damage. If she instead walks forwards, she holds her bag like a shield and then can push forward to deal 7 damage and knock back foes a little bit, and then follow up with another swing of her bag. The options for follow up out of this move are numerous. |
Cheerleader Kick

Kisarah hops forward then does a split kick in air, dealing 5 damage. Has very fast start up and can buffer well into her other moves. It can even be followed up into her Splash Air Dance attack. It also gives her some horizontal recovery movement and can be done out of a second jump for some additional aerial distance. |

Kisarah somersaults then launches up diagonally upward, spinning upside-down with her feet out. Has three hits when it connects with a opponent and deals 3-4-3 damage on hit for a total of 10 damage. Press down to do a move where she sits on the opponent, dealing 9 damage if they fall from the air, although only deals 4 damage if the opponent was grounded. It acts as a good combo ender. |
Hip Bazooka

Kisarah somersaults with haste then flies forward across a varying length depending on built up momenteum for a hip drop attack. This move is not safe on guard due to extended end frames, although can be used for quick movement if it doesn't connect with anything. When it connects with a opponent, it deals 8 damage. |
| Heart Gernade Level 1 |
Kisarah sends out a heart projectile from her bag as she unlatches it open, inflicting the Incubus Delight or Midnight Bliss effect (50% chance of either) onto a opponent and holding them in place as the heart beats over there before she kicks forward with both legs to smash down on a character's head with her knees and inflicting the Astral effect afterwards, dealing 15 damage. |
| Splash Air Dance Level 2 |
Kisarah leaps into the air and performs an ascending multi-hit Cheerleader Kick-esque attack with her legs wrapped around with water streams before twisting her feet around the opponent's head and slams down on the opponent with her bag, imitating a hammer hit. The opponent then falls to the ground, in the Astral state. It deals 30 damage. Interestingly, this is labeled as a water elemental attack. |
| Jealousy Bomber Level 3 |
Kisarah blows a kiss and a heart will form against the opponent that connects with the projectile, which will freeze them in place before she summons her boyfriend Joe, to kiss him. This makes the heart projectile explode, dealing 45 damage. The heart has homing capabilities and is not exactly a representation of the victim character's actual feelings of the situtation. |
